Blogging at Sun
There was an article in MIT's Enterprise Technology Review about blogging at Sun which I read when I was at Barnes and Noble in Palm Springs last month. I just found a copy online for someone. This fits right in with the Gladwell's "The Tipping Point"'s concepts.
"Sun’s employees are our most passionate evangelists," says Jonathan Schwartz, Sun’s president and chief operating officer and the author of a company blog read by tens of thousands of visitors every month. "From where I sit, the more our investors and customers know about us, the better."
More than 1,000 of Sun’s 32,000 employees blog about their work.
